With Citadel's Video Connect, you can chat face-to-face with our team in Online Banking or the Citadel Mobile App. You can use Video Connect for almost any banking task you would do at a branch, all from the comfort and security of your preferred location.

How To Use Video Connect
Connect on a Computer or Mobile Device
Please be sure to have your photo ID ready prior to beginning the call.
- Log in to Online Banking or the Citadel mobile app.
- Select Quick Links, then Video Chat.
- Follow the prompts to enter your first name, last name, and phone number, then click Next.
- You'll receive a 6-digit code via text message for security verification. Enter the code and Submit.
- Select the appropriate option:
- Member Care – for personal accounts
- Elite Business Banking – for business accounts
- Be sure to allow access to your camera and microphone.
- When a representative is available, click "Join Video Call".
