With Citadel's Video Connect, you can chat face-to-face with our team in Online Banking or the Citadel Mobile App. You can use Video Connect for almost any banking task you would do at a branch, all from the comfort and security of your preferred location.

✔ Open a new savings, checking, or credit card account
✔ Add a product to your current Citadel account
✔ Apply for a loan
✔ Complete a wire transfer
✔ Account review and maintenance

  • Saturday: 9a.m. – 1p.m.

How To Use Video Connect

Connect on a Computer or Mobile Device

Please be sure to have your photo ID ready prior to beginning the call.

  • Log in to Online Banking or the Citadel mobile app.
  • Select Quick Links, then Video Chat.
  • Follow the prompts to enter your first name, last name, and phone number, then click Next.
  • You'll receive a 6-digit code via text message for security verification. Enter the code and Submit.
  • Select the appropriate option:
    • Member Care – for personal accounts
    • Elite Business Banking – for business accounts
  • Be sure to allow access to your camera and microphone.
  • When a representative is available, click "Join Video Call".
