Kye has over 25 years of diverse financial experience in the Greater Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Capital regions, which includes over a decade of relationship management experience and 4+ years of executive leadership. He has a deep knowledge of the area’s businesses and how to leverage his experience and COI relationships to support growth, development, and overall financial success in the communities he serves. He most enjoys the tenacity needed for his role in helping businesses and communities flourish in varying economic conditions, while forging genuine relationships with his clients and colleagues.

Helping business owners succeed has fueled Kye’s hard work and determination to continually develop and improve his expertise and networks. He’s highly skilled in the areas of relationship management, commercial lending, cash management, and business banking overall. He considers his strong sense of discipline, ability to consistently execute at a high level, and his COI network to be at the core of his ability to immerse himself in his clients’ unique needs and provide added value.

About Kye

In his down time, Kye is incredibly focused on raising his three daughters to be great, capable people with strong character, and he has an immense focus on healthy living and working out, as well as a personal passion for sports bike riding, boxing, and basketball. He believes strongly in community revitalization, especially those efforts that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. He’s an advocate for programs supporting abused women and children, and he has served on the board of Junior Achievement, Our Town Foundation, and various town children’s sports boards. Kye has also worked extensively with the African American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and their Young Professionals Advisory Council in various communities.
