Fully Managed Identity Theft Recovery
If you suspect your identity has been stolen or your personal information has been compromised, you'll have access to a dedicated Recovery Advocate who can guide you through the recovery process from start to finish. Your advocate will work on your behalf, provide regular progress updates, and remain with you until your identity is restored, no matter how long it takes.
Your Recovery Advocate will:
- Assist in placing fraud alerts at the three major credit bureaus
- Review your credit reports for signs of fraudulent activity
- Help resolve fraudulent transactions, accounts, and unauthorized contracts
- Coordinate with financial institutions, creditors, and law enforcement as needed
- Assist with replacing lost or stolen documents
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the recovery process, including up to 12 months after an identity theft event
Family Coverage
Family plans extend identity theft protection and recovery services to multiple generations of your household, helping provide broader protection for the people who matter most.
- Spouse or domestic partner
- Dependents under age 25 with the same permanent address
- IRS-qualified dependents
- Parents living with you or residing in elder care facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living communities, or hospice care
In addition to identity theft recovery support, eligible family plans may include enhanced protections such as:
- Child Social Security Number monitoring to help detect unauthorized use
- Assistance with child credit freeze requests through the major credit bureaus
- Sex offender geo alerts to help keep families informed about registered offenders near their home
For added peace of mind, covered family members remain protected for up to 12 months after death, helping guard against identity theft that can target deceased individuals.
Identity, Credit & Financial Monitoring
Stay informed with proactive monitoring designed to help detect potential fraud and suspicious activity early. Depending on the plan selected, monitoring may include credit activity, bank accounts, financial transactions, Social Security numbers, online accounts, dark web exposure, public records, and home or auto titles. You'll also receive alerts to help you respond quickly if unusual activity is detected.
Lost Document Replacement
If important documents are lost or stolen, your Recovery Advocate can assist with obtaining replacements and help guide you through the recovery process.
Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Insurance
All plans include up to $1 million* in Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Insurance to help cover eligible out-of-pocket expenses incurred during identity recovery, including attorney fees, lost wages, and other related costs.
