Financial Benefits

Retirement: Citadel offers its 401(k) savings plan with a company match through Fidelity Investments to provide employees the potential for future financial security during retirement.

Profit-Sharing Plan: Citadel also contributes to a profit-sharing plan for eligible employees, based on a percentage of salary. Vesting in the plan is based on additional years of service.

Loan Discount: We are proud to offer employees a discount when they borrow through Citadel. Employees who use a Citadel auto loan, personal loan, mortgage, or credit card product benefit from a rate reduction.

Tuition Reimbursement: We understand how important it is to encourage employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Citadel encourages personal development through formal education. Full-time employees can receive 100% reimbursement of eligible tuition expenses, up to $5,250 per year.

Flexible Spending Account Program: Citadel’s Flexible Spending Account allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses.
