Member Eligibility

Anyone can open an account with us if they live, work, worship, or study in one of the following states:

Pennsylvania
Delaware
Ohio
New York
New Jersey
Maryland
West Virginia

You can also become a Citadel customer if a member of your family or household is eligible to be a customer—no matter where you live.
