Can I make a partial withdrawal from my Certificate before its maturity date?

Yes, you can make a partial withdrawal from your Certificate  before it matures. However, if the withdrawal reduces your balance below the $500 minimum, the entire Certificate must be withdrawn.

Dividends can be withdrawn at any time without penalty. However, if you withdraw from the principal before maturity, early withdrawal penalty will apply. The penalty amount depends on the Certificate’s term and when it was opened.
