How do I find my account number and routing number?

You can find your account and routing numbers quickly in Online & Mobile Banking, on your statements, or on your checks.

Find your account number

The fastest way to find your account number is in Online & Mobile Banking:

• Select the account you need
• Look for Account Details

You can also find your account number:

• On your account statement 
• On a paper check (to the right of the routing number)

If you can’t log in, visit a branch or use Video Connect with your ID ready. For security reasons, we do not provide account numbers over the phone.

Which account number should you use?

The two part Account Number (952XXX-S0070) identifies a specific account.

• The first six or seven digits are your member number that applies to all your Citadel accounts.
• The second set of digits (S0070) indicates the type of share, or account. For example, S0070 identifies the account as a checking account.

The ACH(EFT) number is your account number for external transactions. For example, if you need to set up direct deposit or make a payment on a non-Citadel account, use this number.

Find your routing number

Citadel’s routing number is 231380104

This number identifies Citadel as a financial institution, so it is the same for all accounts and is used for direct deposit, transfers, and payments. Citadel does not use SWIFT, BIC, or IBAN codes[JF.

What is an ACH/EFT number?

The Automated Clearing House (ACH) system is a nationwide network through which financial institutions send each other batches of electronic credit (direct deposit of payroll and government benefits and refunds) and debit (loan and merchant payments) transfers.

With Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), money can be paid and collected electronically, without having to use paper checks. EFT is safe, secure, efficient, and less expensive than paper check payments and collections.

What if I need a SWIFT, BIC, or IBAN code?

Citadel does not require a SWIFT code to receive an incoming international wire transfer. If the sending financial institution requires a SWIFT code, follow the instructions under Incoming International Wire Transfers by clicking here.

You can receive domestic and international wire funds to your Citadel accounts using our routing number 231380104 and the number of the account in which the funds should be deposited.

We do not have BIC or IBAN codes, or institution numbers.

A routing number may also be called an RTN (routing transit number) or an ABA (American Bankers Association) routing number.
