Transferring balances to your Citadel Mastercard is simple! Log into Online & Mobile Banking. Select “Secure Forms” from the menu and then “Balance Transfer Request” from the list. From there, fill out the information to transfer your funds to your Citadel Mastercard.
Will I have to pay interest on my Balance Transfer?
Yes, you will have to pay interest on your Balance Transfer. Transfers to a Citadel Mastercard are treated as cash advances and will begin to accrue interest immediately.
