You can send a Secure Message for any questions regarding your membership, particularly communications that require your account information. You can also ask questions about Bill Payer or eBills.
To send a secure message, you must be logged into your account either online or through the app.
- Online Banking 💻: Select the envelope icon ✉ in the upper right corner, next to your profile picture.
- Mobile App 📱: Select the Menu in the lower right corner, then the envelope icon ✉ in the upper right.
In the Message Center, you can access your messages and create a new message.
