Can I modify or cancel a recurring or pending transfer in Online & Mobile Banking?

Frequently Asked Question

If you’ve scheduled a one time or recurring payment to Citadel, you can cancel or modify these payments in Online & Mobile Banking. To edit or cancel future transfers, including recurring transfers:

  1. Log in to Online & Mobile Banking
  2. Select Make a Transfer from the top menu on desktop, or Transfer from the bottom menu on mobile
  3. Select Scheduled Transfers
  4. Select the transfer you wish to modify or cancel
  5. From there, you can Edit the transfer, Cancel the next payment, or Delete the transaction
  6. Canceled transactions will be viewable in your Transfer History

You CANNOT cancel or recall a payment or transfer you've already made, including payments on Citadel loans or credit cards. In this situation, please contact us. We recommend sending us a secure message in Online & Mobile Banking. For other transfers that have already occurred:

  • If the transfer was a member to member (M2M), you can contact the other member and request they transfer the money back
  • If the transfer was made to Citadel for a payment on a loan or credit card, contact us to reverse the transfer. We recommend sending us a secure message in Online & Mobile Banking)
  • If the transfer was between your Citadel deposit accounts, or between your Citadel account and your external deposit account, transfer the money back to your account
