How do I report Bill Payer issues?

You can send a Secure Message for any questions regarding your membership, particularly communications that require your account information. You can also report Bill Payer issues.
To send a secure message, you must be logged into your account either online or through the app.
- Online Banking 💻: Select the support hub icon (question mark chat bubble) in the upper right corner, next to your profile picture. Then select “Create New Message” in the message center.
- Mobile App 📱: Select the Menu in the lower right corner, then the envelope icon in the upper right. You may also click the support hub icon (question mark chat bubble) in the upper right corner and then select “Create New Message” in the message center.
In the Message Center, you can access your messages and create a new message.
You may also report issues using Video Connect.
