When can I use Skip-a-Pay?

When you request to skip a payment using Online & Mobile Banking, the option to skip will be available in Online & Mobile Banking up to 11:00 p.m. on the last day of the loan grace period. After 11:00 p.m., the option will be removed.

When speaking with a Citadel representative to process the skip-a-payment, it is processed up until the close of business on the last day of the loan grace period.

The earliest Skip-a-Pay can be requested is after you make your payment for the month prior to the month you want to skip. In other words, you cannot request to skip your October payment until you make your September payment.

You cannot schedule skip payments more than one month in advance. For example, you cannot request to skip your April payment in January.
