How do I cancel a pending external transfer in Online and Mobile Banking?

You are able to cancel a pending external account transfer after it shows as authorized in online banking:

  • On Desktop select Transfers & Payments from the top menu then select Scheduled Transfers from the menu on the left.
  • On Mobile select Transfer/Pay from the bottom menu, then select Transfer Between Accounts and Scheduled.
  • Select the transfer you wish to cancel and select Delete Scheduled Transfer.
