We use a tax service that collects tax bill information for us each year. This allows us to identify and pay taxes as soon as they are available; we pay taxes in the “Discount” window whenever possible.

Most tax collectors provide information electronically. If your tax collector doesn’t provide the information we will contact you and request that you send the bills in to Mortgage Servicing.
