Once you switch your homeowner's insurance companies, we will need a copy of the new insurance declaration page, naming Citadel as mortgagee. You can email the new insurance policy to us at mortgageservicing@citadelbanking.com or fax it to (610) 380-6083. If your insurance is escrowed with us, please contact us at (800) 666-0191 ext. 6220 for further discussion as this may impact your escrow balance for the year.
