Citadel does offer eSignature on our consumer lending products. In addition to our existing means of closing your loan package, eSignature provides you with the ability to complete your loan package remotely. eSignature loan documents will come from Citadel Lending, with the email domain of ‘docusign.net’. All eSignature documents will require a six digit numeric code which will be provided by a Citadel representative before the documents are sent to you.
