What happens if I replace, update or lose my Windows phone?

Frequently Asked Question

If you replace or update your Windows phone, your Citadel debit and credit card(s) enrolled in Microsoft Pay will not be automatically transferred to the new device. You will need to set up Microsoft Pay again and add your cards to the new device.

If your Windows phone is ever lost or stolen, you can visit here and log in using your Microsoft account to remotely suspend or delete your Citadel debit and credit cards from Microsoft Pay, or call Citadel’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-666-0191 for assistance. You can continue to make purchases using your physical card even when the device account number is suspended for Microsoft Pay.
