If your card gets lost or stolen, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into Online & Mobile Banking.
  • From the main menu select, 'Manage Cards' then 'Report Lost/Stolen'.
  • Select the card you would like to report lost or stolen from the drop-down and complete the additional fields.
  • Select ‘Continue’ to finalize your request.
  • If you have requested a new card to be issued, you will receive within 7-10 business days. If you don't have access to Online & Mobile Banking, Contact Citadel immediately to report your card lost or stolen at (800) 666-0191.
