Why can't I set up eBills?

Here are some possible reasons that your request for electronic bills may not be successful in Bill Payer:
- You are receiving the bill electronically elsewhere. Some payees do not allow you to view your bill on more than one website or bill payer system
- You are not the primary account holder for the bill
- The account number you entered is incorrect
- You did not use the exact spelling of your name and address as it appears on the bill
If we encounter any problems setting up an eBill, we will notify you. You may need to contact your payee with questions, as Citadel will be unable to supply any additional information.
