Why can’t I see my Bill Payer account and payees when I switch to another account?

Bill Payer profiles are account specific, which means you cannot set up a Bill Payer profile in one account, then Switch Accounts and have access to the same Bill Payer profile. A new Bill Payer profile will be created in the account you have switched to. Watch this video to see How to Switch Accounts.
