What are the requirements to use Bill Payer?

To use Bill Payer, you must:

• Be 18 years of age
• Have a Citadel checking account
• Be enrolled in Online & Mobile Banking

You can transfer from a savings account to a checking account to use Bill Payer, but payments can only be made from a checking account. We offer both Free Checking and Cashback Rewards Checking Accounts.

To open a new checking account:

• Online Banking 💻: Select Open an Account from the top menu, then select Checking
• Mobile App 📱: Tap Menu (bottom right) then Open an Account, then select Checking
