What are the requirements to use Bill Payer?

To use Bill Payer, you must:

• Be 18 years of age
• Have a Citadel checking account
• Be enrolled in Online & Mobile Banking

You can transfer funds from a savings account to your checking account, but all Bill Payer payments must be made from a checking account.

If you don’t have a checking account at Citadel, you can open an Ultimate Growth Checking Account in minutes:

• Online Banking 💻: Select Open an Account from the top menu, then select Checking
• Mobile App 📱: Tap Menu (bottom right) then Open an Account, then select Checking
