How soon after requesting eBills will I start receiving my bill online? Will I still receive paper bills?

After you request eBills in Bill Payer the biller or payee determines when eBills will be delivered. In some cases, you will begin receiving eBills immediately after you are notified that the activation request was successful. In other cases, you will begin receiving eBills with your next statement cycle.

Whether you continue to receive paper bills in the mail depends upon the biller or payee. Some will stop sending them after you sign up for electronic bills, or after a set number of billing cycles. Others will continue to send paper bills until you request otherwise.

Until you receive your first bill electronically, you should continue to pay any paper bills you receive in the mail. Be sure to read the individual biller or payee’s terms and conditions carefully when available.
