How do I mark an eBill as paid in Bill Payer?

If an eBill is delivered for a bill you’ve already paid outside of Bill Payer, (e.g., paying the biller directly), you can mark your bill as paid in the Bill Center:
- Navigate to the biller on the Smart View tab
- Tap the three dots ⋮ (on the right)
- Choose Mark as Paid
- Enter the payment amount and date, and the payment method
- Select Mark Bill as Paid
