When you log into your account, the Bill Center will display billing notifications, including eBills, on the SmartView tab.
You can also sign up to be notified via email or text when an eBill has been delivered to your Bill Payer account and when a payment is delivered. Manage your preferences under the Settings tab in Bill Center.
