How do I activate eBills?

If a biller or payee offers eBills, you can activate them either while initially setting up the biller, or by editing the biller on the Manage Billers tab in Bill Payer. You should have a billing statement for that biller available to complete the account and billing information.

Once you activate eBills, you can choose to pay your eBill manually or set up automatic payments.

Please be sure to read the payee’s terms and conditions carefully when available. Sometimes signing up to receive an online bill means that your paper bills will be turned off, but this should be stated in the payee’s terms and conditions.
