Citadel is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all your personal information. Your login information for individual billers is kept confidential and is used only to retrieve your eBill. Your data is stored in our system in a fully encrypted format and even if accessed, cannot be read without the appropriate encryption key.

If you change your username or password on the biller’s website, you will receive a message in Bill Payer stating that your credentials have been changed and that you need to reactivate your eBills.
