How do I sign up for fraud alerts?

All Credit and Debit cardholders are automatically enrolled in fraud alerts.

How it works:

  1. You will first be notified via text message.
  2. If you don’t respond within 30 minutes, a call is made to your cell phone, and a message is left if not answered.
  3. If you don’t response within 3 hours, a second call is made to your home phone.
  4. Finally, if you don’t response to any previous attempts, an email is sent 5 minutes after our final attempt to contact you.
