Am I able to change my Username or create a new one if I forget it?

You can change your username at any time. It is highly recommended that you create a personalized username that is easy for you to remember. Select 'Security Preferences' from the Preferences menu.
If you forget your username, select 'Login Help' from desktop and choose 'Forgot Username'. You can then enter your Username and click 'Submit'. Then follow the prompts. On Mobile Banking, select 'Forgot Username?' and follow the prompts.
