I am using Gmail and have not received my Secure Access Code, how can I ensure I receive the emails?

Be sure to add Citadel to your safe sender list in Gmail. In addition, be sure to check your SPAM folder as well. Please refer to Google’s instructions on how to add an email sender to your contact list to ensure Citadel is emails are not going to your SPAM filtered emails.
