How do I make a stop payment on a check in Online and Mobile Banking?

Select 'Transactions' from the main menu. Then select ‘Stop Payment’:
- Choose request type; single or multiple checks.
- Click on each category header on the left to select an account, enter a check number, amount and choose the date of the check.
- When entering the check number or amount, be sure to click Save.
- When completed, click Send Request.
