Updating your personal information in Online and Mobile Banking is easy. Follow these steps:

  • Select 'My Profile & Preferences' from the main menu. Then select 'Contact Information' from the list.
  • Select the account on the right side you wish to edit by clicking or tapping the + next to the account description.
  • From here, check the box next to “Click here to update the physical address and other information for account.” Once checked, you can update addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Click Submit when finished and you are done.
