To celebrate the launch of the new, redesigned CitadelBanking.com, Citadel hosted a Hashtag Sweepstakes on social media. We invited you to explore the new site and to let us know what you thought via Twitter and Instagram.
The new, redesigned website is part of Citadel’s commitment to provide our customers with convenient and valuable digital banking tools. Since we designed the new site with our customer in mind, it only made sense to get feedback from those same customers, which is why we launched the #ExperienceCitadel Hashtag Sweepstakes.
After several weeks of collecting customer feedback in the form of sweepstakes entries, we are excited to announce the winner of the #ExperienceCitadel Hashtag Sweepstakes.

The overall site (both desktop and mobile versions) is definitely clean, simple, straightforward yet still easy to navigate. There were apparent changes, however the refresh retained the familiar feeling of Citadel online banking.
