Yes, there are two ways to opt out of Citadel Text Banking:
Text STOP to 226563. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that one.
You can also disable Text Banking in Online and Mobile Banking by selecting 'Additional Services' from the main menu then the 'Text Banking' from the list. tab. Select "Opt out and disable Text Banking" then click "Submit".
