For Purchase and Balance Transfers completed during the promotional period (October 1, 2026 through December 31 2026) a Balance Transfer fee will be charged. Either $5 or 5% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater. This fee will be charged at the time of the transfer and added to your balance. Balance Transfers may not be used to repay existing Citadel loan products.

If you are not currently a member, Citadel will open a savings account in your name upon approval and fund it with a $5 initial deposit. This savings account will give you access to a variety of Citadel’s products and services.
