Please review the updates below impacting the terms and conditions of your Citadel Mastercard

What’s Changing?

Effective April 15, 2026, changes are being made to all Citadel Choice, Cash Rewards, Business Rewards, Rewards, and World Mastercards. These changes are summarized below:

• Balance Transfer Fee: 5% of the amount transferred ($5.00 min.)
• Cash Advances, including ATM withdraws and cash-equivalent transactions, are subject to a maximum limit of 40% of your total credit line
• Security Interest: Up to $2,500 on deposit in all shares, except for shares in an IRA or any other account with special tax treatment

You have the right to reject these changes. If you choose not to accept them, you may close your account and continue to pay the outstanding balance under your current terms.
