Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Your accidental death can leave your family with a significant financial burden. Don’t leave them unprepared. Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance offers your family a safety net—and gives you a little more peace of mind.

What is it?

One of the benefits of your Citadel membership is a no-cost $1,000* TruStage Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance policy underwritten by A.M. Best “A”-rated CMFG Life Insurance Company.

How does it work?

Once you’re enrolled, your AD&D Insurance pays a cash benefit to your beneficiary due to your loss of life in a covered accident. It also pays benefits if you suffer a covered injury (including loss of limb(s), sight, hearing or speech).

Can I increase my coverage?

Citadel members over the age of 18 can purchase up to $300,000 of additional AD&D coverage or even choose to add another family member.

Sign up now for your no-cost AD&D protection—it only takes two minutes. The extra financial security for your family is worth it.
