Start using your new Citadel account when it’s convenient for you! If you’re closing other accounts, make sure you allow time for checks and automatic withdrawals to clear. If you’re closing those accounts, simply complete and print our Close Account Form and provide to your other financial institution. As a best practice, destroy any old checks, ATM or debit cards, and deposit slips.
