At Citadel, the safety and well-being of our members and employees is our top priority. Our goal is to provide a safe place to bank, and never disrupt your member experience, while providing the level of service you need.
Given the recent spikes in COVID-19 cases, our branch lobbies are closed at all Citadel locations. Our drive-up access remains open.
Our drive-up ATMs will be available 24/7, and any drive-up branch teller windows will be open during normal business hours. Any walk-up ATMs will also be open 24/7.
Digital Tools & Other Services
We’d like to remind members you can easily transfer funds, open accounts, pay bills, and make deposits through Online Banking and the Citadel Mobile App. We encourage you to use Citadel’s digital tools and enroll in Online Banking if you haven’t already.
