Get Started

  1. If you don’t already have Android Pay on your device, download the app from the Google Play Store and activate it.
  2. In the Android Pay app on your device, touch the + sign to add a credit or debit card to pay using your phone.
  3. Position your card in the camera frame to automatically enter your card information. Enter the security code found on your card and provide additional information as required.
  4. Accept the terms of service and set your screen lock. (Activating Device Administrator is part of the Android Pay setup process.)
  5. If requested, follow any additional steps to verify your card.

Once you’ have added your card…

  1. From the Android Pay app, touch and hold the card to be used as the default payment card.
  2. Drag it up to the top of the card stack then release.
  3. You are done!

How do I set up Android Pay?

First, download the Android Pay app from the Google Play Store. If your Citadel card is already linked to your Google account, you can simply add it to the Android Pay app by confirming a few details. To add a new card, it’s as simple as snapping a picture. Back to top>

How do I add my card?

Add your Citadel card to Android Pay on your Android device in a few easy steps:

  1. In the Android Pay app on your device, touch the + sign to add a credit or debit card to pay using your phone.

How do I make my Citadel card the default card in Android Pay?

The first card you add to Android Pay will automatically become your default card. To change your default, do the following:

  1. Open Android Pay.
  2. Tap on your preferred Citadel card to get the “back of card” view.
  3. Select “Set as default card”.

  1. Unlock your device (no need to open the app).
  2. Hold the back of your device near a contactless payment terminal.
  3. Your phone will beep or vibrate, and you’ll receive a confirmation on-screen letting you know the payment was made.
